Guest Guide

  • What will the weather be like?

March in Canberra typically brings warm days and cooler evenings. We recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap for later in the evening so you can stay comfortable while celebrating with us.

  • What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 2:45 PM to allow plenty of time to find a seat before the ceremony begins promptly at 3:00 PM.

  • What is the Dress Code?

Our dress code is Cocktail Attire. We encourage you to dress up and celebrate with us in your favourite cocktail outfit while keeping comfort in mind for both the outdoor ceremony and indoor evening celebrations.

  • When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that you RSVP by the 13th of February 2027. This helps us finalise catering numbers and seating arrangements in time for the big day.

  • Where's the wedding ceremony and reception?

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at Yurralumba Woolshed.

    Ceremony: Rear of the Woolshed

Reception: Inside the Woolshed immediately following cocktail hour

Everything will take place at the one venue, so once you arrive, you can relax and enjoy the day with us.

Our venue's address is 210 Cotter Road, Yarralumla  ACT 2600.

  • Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), followed by cocktail hour outside before moving indoors for the reception.

  • Is there accommodation near the venue?

Yes! There are several accommodation options available nearby. We recommend booking early, particularly if you're travelling from out of town. We've put together a list of some places to stay near the venue. Please follow the link below.

  • Invited guests

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with the people who know and love us most. We are only able to accommodate the guests whose names appear on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you.

  • Is the wedding kid friendly?

Family means so much to us, so we're delighted to welcome children to our wedding. We completely understand, however, if you'd prefer to enjoy a kid-free afternoon and evening, it’s entirely up to you!

  • Where will wedding updates be posted?

Any important updates or additional information will be posted on our wedding website. If anything changes leading up to the day, we'll be sure to let everyone know there.

  • Wishing Well

We feel incredibly grateful to be celebrating this special day with the people we love most.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, and no gifts are expected.

For those who have asked and would like to contribute, we will have a wishing well on the day. Any contribution towards our future family home would be sincerely appreciated, but your love, laughter and company are more than enough.
